At Manohari, we take pride in delivering high-quality, handcrafted block-printed garments. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

1. Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Any return requests made after this period will not be considered.

2. Return Request Process

All returns must be initiated through our official website.
Direct returns sent to the billing/shipping address without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

* Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
* Have all original tags attached
* Be in its original condition and packaging

4. Proof of Purchase

* A valid billing receipt or proof of purchase must be provided when requesting a return.

5. Reason for Return

* Customers must clearly state the reason for return.
* In case of a defect, damage, or fault, you are required to:

 Upload clear photographs of the issue while raising the return request.

* While requesting a return via email or WhatsApp, it is mandatory to mention your Order ID along with the attached photographs/videos.

 7. Refund Policy (Store Credits Only)

* Upon successful return and approval, customers will receive Manohari Store Credits equivalent to the value of the returned product.
* No cash refunds or bank transfers will be provided under any circumstances.
* Store credits can be used for future purchases on the *Manohari website*.

8. Return Shipping Charges

  • The courier/shipping charges for returning the product will be borne by the customer.
  • Manohari does not provide return pickup or reimburse shipping costs.

9. Important Notes

* Returns will only be approved after review and verification by our team.
* Products that do not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for return.
